Villa Samyama was the very first villa developed by 8e Parallel. Located on the island of Gili Air, it has become a benchmark of our expertise. Its Modern Craft spirit — with natural materials and open spaces — is unanimously acclaimed. The “Yoga Shala” on the upper floor is the highlight of the property, making it truly one of a kind. Also located on Gili Air, Villa Kesambi is a mixed-use project combining rental and personal stays. Its architecture faithfully reflects the owner’s lifestyle and intentions, while remaining authentic and functional on a day-to-day basis — all within a carefully controlled budget.
This project, now nearing completion, perfectly embodies the union of luxury and authenticity. Located in Ubud — more precisely in Sayan — this resort is composed of 4 units, each featuring a living space opening onto a private pool and the lush jungle, along with a fully bamboo bedroom on the upper floor and a net overlooking the pool.
Scheduled to open in April 2026. An exceptional villa with a 360-degree view over one of Ubud’s largest green zones. Its majestic roof shelters the main living space on the upper floor, entirely custom-designed. Three of the six bedrooms are spread throughout the garden in the form of uniquely crafted bungalows.
Ketanu Bamboo Lodge, located in Sumba, has only just opened to the public. The success has been such that 8e Parallel is now launching its expansion project, with the development of 12 additional units. The investors presentation is scheduled for December 20, 2025, in Paris.
